At Palms Salon & Head Spa, we understand that life can be unpredictable and plans may change. To ensure the highest level of service for all guests, we require a minimum of 48 hours’ notice for any appointment cancellations or rescheduling.
• Appointments cancelled within 48 hours of the scheduled service will incur a 50% charge of the scheduled service total.
• No-call, no-show appointments will be charged 100% of the scheduled service total.
This policy allows us to honor our service providers’ time and maintain the elevated experience we are known for. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
